My name is Craig Pearce, founder of Terra Nova Dwellings

Having begun in property carrying out relatively straightforward flip projects, the challenge of full developments was too difficult to resist.

My motivation comes from a desire to do things better.

At Terra Nova Dwellings we are passionate about identifying and acquiring suitable land for development of residential property and mix-use property. Our area of expertise is Wales and the South West of England where we work closely and respectfully with landowners to achieve the best value for their land.

Land Acquisition

We are always looking to acquire land suitable for residential development. If you have a plot of land you're considering selling, we would love to discuss its potential. We assess each opportunity quickly and transparently with a smooth process from start to finish.

Construction

Where possible we complete the build ourselves. This is not always the case, however, we can work with a number of developers who may be suitable to adopt the site.

Housing Development

Terra Nova Dwellings is a joint venture partnership with the well established Cassidy Homes Group, who house the expert team and experience which help to make these projects possible.
